Ganesh Temple is dedicated to elephant headed god Lord Ganesh is situated in Ratananda (named after a dog called Rata)approx 5 km away from Jodhpur city. Legend has it that about situated this place 150 years ago, a teacher named Radidas saw a huge huge statue of Lord Ganesh in the hills of Ratananda which is about 8 feet height and 5 feet width. The temple was constructed at the exact place where the statue was found.
