Day 01: Delhi Arrival (D)

The tour will start from Delhi. After you arrive in Delhi, our tour representative will greet you at the airport. Then help you with transfer to the pre-booked hotel. You will do check-in and then relax for some time. You will spend the remaining day with leisure activities. Then dinner in the evening and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Delhi

This is going to be a very exciting day on this tour. After you have finished your breakfast in the in-house restaurant of the hotel, we will go for a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi. We will take you to visit the famous monuments of heritage importance, which are shown below:

• Jama Masjid: This very famous masjid easily ranks among the finest mosques in the entire India. The capacity of Jama Masjid is more than 20000 devotees at one time. Jama Masjid was made in 1644 and is one of the striking examples of Muslim architecture.
• Chandni Chowk: This is in the old part of Delhi or Purani Delhi. Chandni Chowk is a huge market area where you get spices, jewelry, electronics, books, and lot of other things. A walking tour of Chandni Chowk will reveal old-world havelis, streets, and shops.
• Humayun’s Tomb: This is a heritage building with spectacular Mughal architecture. This tomb was one of the first kinds of tomb to have a garden.
• Red Fort: This enormous fort proudly stands as the world-heritage site in Delhi. It is so huge that you will need 2-3 hours to visit the fort. The buildings and mosques inside the fort have spectacular Mughal architecture.
• Qutub Minar: This is so famous minaret of Delhi. Many Bollywood Hindi movies have shown Qutub Minar in their songs. There are steps inside the tower which lead to the top.
• India Gate: This is a French-style of gate, and a symbol of patriotism. India Gate memorial displays the names of soldiers and war personnel who have died in the past wars and battles like World Wars.

After this sightseeing tour of Delhi we will drop you off at the hotel. You can have dinner and then overnight stay.

Day 03: Delhi to Pushkar

After breakfast, you will check-out from the hotel. We will now take you to Pushkar, which is a kind of holy city in Rajasthan. After you arrive in Pushkar, you will check into the hotel. Then we will visit some important places in Pushkar like the ones shown below:

• Pushkar Lake: This very famous lake in Pushkar is major tourist attraction. Hindus consider Pushkar Lake in the five top sacred lakes for them.
• Brahma Temple: The temple of Lord Brahma, which is in Pushkar, is one of a kind.

In the evening you can explore a nearby market in Pushkar. Then dinner in the in-house restaurant of the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 04: Pushkar Fair

After you have finished your breakfast you can explore the Pushkar Fair.

• Pushkar Fair: This is one of the cattle fairs in Rajasthan. You can view horses, cows, bullocks, sheep, goats, and other cattle breeds here. They are decorated for this fair. The cattle are brought here to be bought and sold like barter exchange. You will find great enjoyment in the events like camel races, moustache competition and others.

After this whole day of thrill at Pushkar Fair, you will be back to the hotel and night stay.

Day 05: Pushkar to Jaipur

After your sumptuous breakfast ends, check-out from Pushkar. Then we will visit the capital city Jaipur and check into the hotel. Then visit the famous Birla Temple.

• Birla Temple: This temple in Jaipur is made of white marble stone. The temple is one prominent temple in Jaipur. Vishnu and Lakshmi are the two main deities of this temple.

After this visit to Birla Temple, we will drop you off at the hotel. You can enjoy dinner and then stay in the hotel for the night.

Day 06: Sightseeing in Jaipur

You can enjoy your breakfast in the hotel and then we will take you on a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. You can visit so many places in Jaipur in a single day.

• Amer Fort: This is a colossal fort, which is also called Amber Fort Palace. The fort is located in very scenic hill ranges. You will be amazed to view the architecture of this fort. There are large courtyards and Mughal garden inside the fort.
• Jaipur City Palace: This palace is very famous tourist attraction in Jaipur. You can visit the museum inside Jaipur City Palace and view various artefacts. You will be amazed to know that the Jaipur royal family still lives in one section of the palace.
• Jantar Mantar: This is an ancient astronomical observatory in Jaipur. All the 19 instruments here have a specific goal and that is to do precise calculations of the celestial objects like sun, moon and the stars.
• Hawa Mahal: This wonderful palace is famous for its architecture. In the olden days, queens used to view the festivals and processions on the streets of Jaipur through the windows of Hawa Mahal.

As the tour of Jaipur ends, you will be back in the hotel. Dinner will be served in the in-house restaurant of the hotel. Then return to the room and stay here for the night.

Day 07: Jaipur to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri

After a delicious breakfast you will proceed with check-out. We will now move ahead in our tour and visit Agra. We will visit Fatehpur Sikri on the route.

• Fatehpur Sikri: This is a heritage palace with huge gates and palaces. Jodha Bai Palace and Buland Darwaza are two of the famous monuments in Fatehpur Sikri. You can visit Panch Mahal, which is another building.

Later in the evening, you will arrive in Agra and then visit the Taj Mahal.

• Taj Mahal: The marble monument is a mausoleum for Mumtaz Mahal. You can view Persian inscriptions and carvings on the dome of the Taj Mahal.

After this visit you will return to your hotel room and then have dinner. Enjoy a delicious dinner meal and then stay for the night in the hotel.

Day 08: Agra to Delhi

Today you will check-out from Agra. Then proceed to Delhi via cab. We will drop you off at Delhi International Airport. You can board the scheduled flight from Delhi. We hope you enjoyed this 8 day Rajasthan tour.
