1. Modification Of Terms

Japji Travels reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

The courts of Delhi shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising from the use of the services offered by Japji Travels or the agreement or arrangement between Japji Travels and the Customer.

4. Payment Mode
  • All rental payments are to be made by Cash or Bank Transfers.

  • 30% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount) For Outstation

  • Driver Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Rly Station / Home

  • Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab and Japji Travels is not responsible for any loss

  • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc Japji Travels is not held responsible

  • If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in Japji Travel, 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be cancelled.

  • Sometimes Online Making Payment Through Our Websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours To Reflect Amount in Our Account and We Cannot Confirm or Provide any Services unless we received amount.

5. Complete Tour Package Including Hotels + Car Terms
  • All rental payments are to be made by Cash / Bank Transfers / Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.

  • 60% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount)

  • Driver Will Take Balance Full Payment at Pick Up Time Hotel / Airport / Rly Station / Home

  • Please take care of the belongings before leaving the cab / Hotels and Japji Travels is not responsible for any loss

  • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc Japji Travels is not held responsible

  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure / itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions', Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.

  • Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

  • Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc While Travel / Hotel Checkin Time. Japji Travel Not Responsible For Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.

  • Hotel Checkin Time 1 Pm and Checkout Time 11 Am. After and Before This Time Frame Additional Charges Will Be Applicable

  • 5% GST Extra on Bill

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

Health

It is presumed that the tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & is well aware about the same. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the said tour. The person who is medically fit to undertake the said tours shall join the said tour. The persons who are and/ or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment have gone into check up hospitalization, shall not join the said tour. Many a times a tour manager is unable to pay any attention and / or to provide medical treatment for any tourist who requires medical attention.

Itinerary Changes

We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand for more bookings of the tour by the tourists. Sometimes we may change the direction, or slightly modify the itinerary. We will advise you of these amendments prior to the commencement of the tour or otherwise during the tour. In the event of passenger / joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour, or any such tour, due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund for the same.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All the cancellation requests should be done through Japji Travels by calling our helpline number or send Email on Company Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.

  • Customer Cant Leave Vehicle Between Destination Whithout Any Confirmation. Plz Once Inform By Mail japjitravel@yahoo.com

  • In case the booking is cancelled 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty.

  • If client cancel booking before 5 days of travel, then we will charge 50% Amount on Total Booking Amount

  • Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions etc Japji Travels is not held responsible

  • Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure / itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions', Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.

  • No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.

  • Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc While Travel / Hotel Checkin Time. Japji Travel Not Responsible For Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.

  • Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges

7. Breakdown
  • All the cancellation requests should be done through Japji Travels by calling our helpline number or send Email on Company Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.

  • If Vehicle Breakdown Anywhere That Case Japji Travel Not Responsible

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred ( directly or indirectly ) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

8. Taxes, Parkings, Time, Kms (on KM basis for outstation trips / tours only)
  • Km And Time Start From Our Garage To Garage

  • Toll Taxes, Parkings, State Taxes Paid By Hirer

  • 250 Kms Per Day Minimum Charge For Outstation Trips / Tours

  • AC Will Not Work in Hill Areas Or Stoped / Parked Vehicle

  • Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety

  • We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due To Traffic Jam, Tyre Penchers Etc.

  • 5% GST on Bill ( Only For Transportation )

  • If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip

  • The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India

  • Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behaviour or driver feels in risk the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.

9. For Lumpsump Vehicle Hire Charges / Package (Outstation and Local trips / tours)
  • Pickup and Point Will Be One Only (If Multiple Pickups and Drop Plz Mentions Email Conversation Before Paying Booking Amount)

  • Parking Charges is Extra

  • Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety

  • Total Amount is Valid Only For Places Which is Mention in Booking Email

  • Tour Destination / Route Cannot Change Without Prior Notice (Amended Route and Tour Destination Rates May Be Change)

  • We Count 1 Day From 5 Am Till 10 Pm If You Need Vehicle Before 5 Am or After 10 Pm in That Case Client Will Pay Extra Overtime (per hour) Charges as Per Given Price and We Are Not Responsible If Client Reach Late Due To Traffic Jam, Tyre Penchers Etc.

  • Driver Night Charges Start After 10 PM

  • AC Will Not Work While Stoped / Parked Vehicle

  • If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup Plz Inform To Company Phone or Email ID Before Start The Trip
