If the payment on the credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking is declined / Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in Japji Travel, 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the booking is liable to be canceled.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All the cancellation requests should be done through Japji Travels by calling our helpline number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.

10. Vehicle Breakdown
Standard Cancellation Process
To ensure your request is processed accurately, please submit all cancellations directly to the Japji Travels head office. You can do this by calling our 24/7 helpline or by sending an email to our official company ID.
Note: For your security and to avoid billing discrepancies, please do not coordinate cancellations directly with your driver, as they are not authorized to process these changes.
Vehicle Breakdowns
While we take every precaution to maintain our fleet to the highest standards, mechanical issues can occasionally occur. In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, Japji Travels will make every effort to assist you; however, please note that we cannot accept liability for the breakdown itself or any resulting inconvenience.
Unforeseen Delays and Alterations
Your safety and punctuality are our top priorities. However, Japji Travels cannot be held responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or additional expenses (direct or indirect) caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural hazards or extreme weather conditions.
- Flight cancellations or rescheduling.
- Unexpected road closures, landslides, or political unrest.
- Personal illness or accidents involving third parties.
We appreciate your understanding that these measures are in place to ensure we can provide the most reliable service possible under all conditions.
Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call center.
Health
It is presumed that the tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & are well aware of the same. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the said tour. The person who is medically fit to undertake the said tours shall join the said tour. The persons who are and/ or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment have gone into check-up hospitalization, shall not join the said tour. Many times a tour manager is unable to pay any attention and/or to provide medical treatment for any tourist who requires medical attention.
Itinerary Changes
We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand for more bookings of the tour by the tourists. Sometimes we may change the direction or slightly modify the itinerary. We will advise you of these amendments prior to the commencement of the tour or otherwise during the tour. In the event of passenger / joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour, or any such tour, due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same.
11. AC on Hills Use Terms
- If you have confirmation in the email to use AC on hills then you can Use AC on Hills
- Wherever Driver Feel to Switch OFF the Compressor For 1 or 2 Minutes to Drive Up The Vehicle, He Could Turn Off for that time only
12. General Things You Should Know
- Always disclose the type of travel, such as family Trips, friends trips, student groups, etc.
- Luggage is Always Limited in The Rental vehicles, So Kindly Check This with us in Written and on Phone.
- Always Check with Hotels, they should have easy access by road and should have vehicle parking.
- Luggage Capacity we Assume 50% of Passengers like if you have 12 people then luggage should be 6-7.
- Any Kind of Pets are not allowed/Permitted in the vehicle.
