Entry timings, Admission Fees
The zoo operates all 7 days and 365 days a year. However, opening hours vary by month and season. From May to August, hours run from 8 am to 6:30 pm. In March, April, September, and October, timings are 9 am to 6 pm. From November to February, the zoo opens from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Note that the entrance closes 30 minutes before closing hours.
Additionally, we share the cafe’s operating hours inside the Zoo. From March to April, the cafe runs from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm daily. The same schedule applies from September to October. During November to February, it operates from 9 am to 5 pm.
For admission tickets, we highly recommend booking online. Ticket prices are reasonable and support our mission. Adults above 20 years pay 22.00 CHF. Senior citizens aged 64/65 and above pay 20.00 CHF. Young adults between 16 and 19 pay 16.00 CHF. Children aged 6-15 pay 9.00 CHF. Children under 6 enter free.

Whether celebrating your children’s birthday parties or other events, we accommodate requests. Five themes based on species are provided for birthday celebrations. We arrange baked snacks for the children. Altogether, different packages suit varying group sizes. Birthday party celebrations can be organized on Wednesday and Saturday with snacks.
