Vaishno Devi Shivkhori Tour Itinerary - All 4 Days in Detail
Day 1 - Delhi Pickup to Katra Arrival
Our driver will pick you up from Delhi Railway Station or Airport at the agreed time. The drive to Katra covers approximately 700 km and takes around 12 hours. On arrival, check in at your 3-star hotel in Katra.
Get your yatra slip registered at the Katra SANJI CHHAT counter the same evening, so Day 2 morning starts without delay. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 - Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan Trek from Katra
After breakfast, proceed to Banganga, the trek starting point. The one-way trek to Vaishno Devi Bhawan is 15 km. Horse rides and palkhis are available at your own cost.
Complete darshan at the Bhawan cave and visit Bhairavnath Temple on the return, back to Katra by evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 - Katra to Shivkhori Cave Temple, Baba Dansar and Naudevi
After breakfast, drive from Katra to Shivkhori. Distance is 95 km, approximately 3.5 hours by road. Shivkhori is a naturally formed cave with a 4-foot Shivling inside.
After darshan at Shivkhori, visit Baba Dansar and Naudevi temple. Return to Katra by evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 - Katra to Delhi Drop
After breakfast, check out from hotel and start the drive back to Delhi. Journey takes approximately 12 hours. Japji Travel drops you at Delhi Railway Station, Airport, or hotel as confirmed at booking. Tour ends.
Morning after breakfast at hotel, check out from Katra Hotel to Delhi (approx 12 hours ). Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to the airport/hotel/railway station.
