The Thar heritage museum is quite a small one as compared to the other museums in the city of Jaisalmer. As you visit this small yet very interesting museum one can see many artifacts which all from the ancient era. Items like manuscripts, coins, photographs, weapons as well as the old musical instruments have been showcased very nicely here. A puppet is also held during the evening hours for the entertainments of the guests.

There is an entry fee of Rs 30 per person for Indians and Rs 70 per person for foreign nationals. The Thar heritage can be visited on all days of the week from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
