Good and Maintained car but way too rude

"Good and Maintained car but way too rude"

The car provided was good and well maintained. But they are way too rigid to what they have wrote in T&C. e.g. They are writing AC will not work in hill area, So they switch off the AC as soon as hill area starts. Regardless of whether it is really needed to switch it off or not. Also, in my case they have called me before 10 hrs of my departure to inform me that rate has been increased, leaving me no choice but to agree. Driver also was being too rude at times.
