Manali can be reached in various ways. One of the popular ways to reach Manali is via New Delhi, by hiring a cab or Volvo to Manali. It's a 12 to 13 hours Journey via Delhi.

Hotels on Mall road shall be preferred for the stay as they are in the heart of Manali and traveling and sightseeing can be easy from there.

Day 1: Manali Sight Seeing

One can start the day from :

·         Visiting Hidimba Temple, which is very popular for its tall bamboo trees and its beautiful scenic view.

·         Club House wherein one can enjoy activities ranging from Kids to adults. There is an entry fee, which is charged over the counter. There are also shopping options at the club House.

·         Manu Temple, which is very peaceful and has a pleasing view.

·         Him Valley, where one can enjoy various activities like magic shows, dance shows, etc

Day 2: Kasol

Its 95Km scenic and tranquil journey to Kasol from Manali with mesmerizing Mountains and Beas river.

In Kasol one can enjoy :

From Kasol you can travel to Manikaran Gurudwara which takes 3 - 4 hours from Manali. The Gurudwara also has Langar and it has a hot water spring throughout the year, which is amazing and miraculous in itself. The calmness that this place brings will leave your hearts fulfilled.

Day 3: Snowy Fun

Gulabo (One can leave early morning to avoid heavy traffic). This place is covered in a beautiful layer of ice and holds various activities. One can enjoy in the snow-clad mountains to the fullest. Do remember to carry winter wear to save your pockets from heavy rates of winter wear that you will need to purchase in case if you don't have proper winter wear.

From Gulabo one can visit Solang Valley where you can reach the peak with the help of Cable cars. The top view from Solang valley is worth a lifetime. One can also enjoy paragliding activities in Solang.

Day 4: Rohtang Day Excursion

For visiting Rohtang Pass you need to book a cab which can cost you around Rs. 3500 to 4000 (season to season vary) or one can also prefer buses of Himachal Tourism which will cost you around Rs. 600. (Private Cabs are not allowed).

Visiting Rohtang will need a permit which shall be taken a day or two prior to visiting the place. In times of peak season, one must ensure a pre-booking for the same.

Rohtang will make your eyes marvel at the site that they acknowledge. The huge ice walls which you see in the films are for real. Do remember to take sunglasses to avoid irritation in the eyes due to heavy fog and stormy winds. Also, note the oxygen levels at the peak are very low so one with breathing problems should avoid traveling to Rohtang.

In the eve do spend some quality time on mall road which offers various hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, and gaming zones.

Day 5: Local Site Seeing:
 

·         Vashisht Temple which is famous for its hot spring throughout the year.
 

·         Manali Garden which is situated at the Mall Road and for its accord serenity.
 

·         Mall road for shopping for near and dear ones or for themselves.
 

One can then take a Volvo Back to Delhi and then reach their respective destinations.
