The Miracle
When Guru Nanak ji arrived here, people came to him for food. Since he had no grains etc., Guru ji sent Bhai Mardana to a local village. Soon, Bhai Mardana got a lot of rice, flour etc. from the locals. However, there was a problem; There was no way this raw food could be cooked.
Guru Nanak Dev Ji came with a solution. He directed Bhai Mardana to shift a rock under which was a hot spring. Baba Ji used the waters of this spring to prepare food for the hungry.
