Day 01: Delhi
Arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Hotel, check inn. Delhi, Delhi is a city that bridges two different worlds. Old Delhi, once the capital of Islamic India, is a labyrinth of narrow lanes lined with crumbling havelis and formidable mosques. In contrast, the imperial city of New Delhi created by the British Raj is composed of spacious, tree-lined avenues and imposing government buildings. Delhi has been the seat of power for several rulers and many empires for about a millennium. Many a times the city was built, destroyed and then rebuilt here. Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast sightseeing of Delhi. Gurudwara Bangla Sahib,Gurudwara Bangla Sahib; is the most prominent Sikh gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship, in Delhi, India and known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan, as well as the pool inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar. It was begun in 1644 and ended up being the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan, the Mughal emperor who built the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort. Raj Ghat, The simple square platform of black marble marks the place where the father of the Nation, Mahatama Gandhi was cremated. The Minar is 72.5mts high victory tower, the construction of which began in the final year of twelth century by Qutubuddin Aibak and was later completed by his successor. It has been given World Heritage Site status. India Gate, At the centre of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, an "Arc-de-Triomphe" like archway in the middle of a crossroad. Almost similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Northwestern Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919.& Parliment & President House, The Parliament house is a cirular colonnaded building . It also houses ministerial offices,numerous committee rooms and an excellent library as well. Day 03: Delhi - Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra, arrival and check inn to Hotel. Agra Fort, The great Mughal Emperor Akbar commissioned the construction of the Agra Fort in 1565 A.D., although additions were made till the time of his grandson Shah Jahan. Taj Mahal, Completed in 1653 A.D., The Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as the final resting place for his favourite Queen, Mumtaz. Finished in by Marvel, it is perhaps India most fascinating and beautiful monument. Day 04: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur,arrival and check inn to Hotels. Fatehpur Sikri, Fatehpur Sikri is an epic in red sandstone. A city of yeasteryear, today lost in the mists of time. Fatehpur Sikri was built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar during 1564 A.D.. Mughal Emperor Akbar had no heir. He visited holy men to enlist their prayers for his son. Day 05: Jaipur
After breakfast sightseeing of Jaipur. Amer Fort, ( Elephant ride),The Amber Fort set in picturesque and rugged hills is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Constructed by Raja Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by Mirja Raja Jai Singh the fort was made in red sand stone and white marble., Jal Mahal Palace, Jal Mahal is a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace and the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber. The Jal Mahal palace has got an eye-popping makeover. City Palace, Located in the heart of the walled city, the City Palace Complex gives you an idea about the arsightedness of the founder of Jaipur Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. He left behind a legacy of some of the most imposing and magnificent architecture in the city. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh built many buildings but some of the structures were also built by later rulers. Hawa Mahal, he poet king Sawai Pratap Singh built this palace of winds. This is easily the most well-known landmarks of Jaipur and is also its icon. Located in the City Palace complex, it is best viewed from the road outside. This five-storey building overlooking the busy bazaar street is a fascinating example of Rajput architecture and artistry with its delicately honeycombed 953 pink sandstone windows known as 'jharokhas'.& Jantar Mantar. over night stay at Hotel.
Day 06: Jaipur - Varanasi
After breakfast drop to Jaipur airport to board flight to Varanasi. Arrival at Varanasi airport and transfer to Hotel.Varanasi, Varanasi is believed to be the greatest tirth (pilgrimage) between earth and heaven and for a Hindu, to visit Varanasi and take a dip in the Ganga is a must in life time.The combination of Kashi, the holy city, Ganga the holy river and Lord Shiva, the Supreme God, makes Varanasi an immortal destination. Later on sightseeing of Varanasi. Visit, Banaras Hindu University, The Banaras Hindu University or BHU was founded by nationalist leader, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, in 1916. Bharat Kala Bhawan, It is located inside the BHU campus, is an art and architecture museum and houses a vast collection of paintings, Hindu and Buddhist sculptures and other materials of archeological importance. The Ghat, The great river banks at Varanasi have high pavilions, palaces, temples and terraces and are lined with an endless chain of stone steps progressing along the whole of the waterfront, Ganga Arti, Ganga aarti is a great event to see in Varanasi at the Ganga ghat at each evening performed by the priests in the most stunning way. It is considered as the incomplete tour to Varanasi without seeing the Gange Aarti. Over night stay at Hotel.
Day 07: Varanasi - Delhi
Morning visit the Ghat by Boat and see ghats one by one. Ghats are the important places of ritual beliefs where people carry out ritual ablutions. Around 84 ghats at the bank of the river Ganga are welcoming the city and increase its value of attraction. Some of the most important ghats of religious importance are Assi Ghat, Dashashwamedh Ghat, Manikarnika Ghat, Tulsi Ghat, Panchganga Ghat, Harishchandra Ghat. Vishvnath Temple, It is the temple of the Lord Shiva Lingam which is made up of the gold and looks very dazzling. It can be visited in any season but the monsoon season has religious importance. Maha Shivaratri is celebrated here with lots of courage and joy. back to Hotel and after breakfast visit Sarnath, Sarnath is a famous place in Varanasi and it is the destination for cultures like Hindu, Buddha and Jain. Sarnath is the place where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma then Buddhist Sangha has originated as well as came into existence because of the enlightenment of Kondanna. After finish the sightseeing of Sarnath as per flight schedule transfer to Airport to board flight to Delhi.
