Achalgarh Fort is also known hill station in Rajasthan.It is believed to be originally constructed by the Paramara dynasty rulers, the fort is said to have been renovated later by Maharana Kumbha in the year 1452 CE and given the name Achalgarh. Achalgarh Fort is located almost 11 kms from Mount Abu.It is said that this fort was specially made by Rana Kumbha, who was in charge of numerous huge fortresses in Southern Rajasthan. Despite being consumed by the agents of time, Achalgarh Fort still has various proofs of an age of glory! The first entrance of the fort called Hanumanpol.
