Agra, one of the oldest cities in India beckons tourists from all over the world to experience the beauty of Taj Mahal - one of the wonders of the world. It was ruled by the Mughals for over 200 years. Dasaprakash - a hotel and restaurant chain with a 90 - year glorious history behind it, forayed into this city in the year 1992. A vegetarian restaurant with specialty South Indian cuisine for about 80 covers was opened at Meher Cinema Complex, No. 1, Gwalior Road, Baluganj, Agra Cantonment to give the people of Agra a taste of authentic South Indian cuisine. The rest is history. After a glorious 20 years of pampering the taste buds of food lovers we decided to extend our reach with a residential hotel and a restaurant at one of the tourist hubs in Agra. Thus was born Mahalaya Dasaprakash.
