This ceremony is held at RashtrapatiBhavan and is performed on the lines of similar ones all over the world, especially the one at Buckingham Palace, London. It first began in 2007 but was altered and the venue changed in 2012. Performed in the forecourt of the President’s residence on Saturday mornings to a collected audience of 200 people, it comprises a horse show by the President's Body Guard, who rides on his horse in ceremonial regalia. This ceremony is held against the majestic backdrop of the architectural marvel, the RashtrapatiBhavan. You can catch this show from mid-March to mid-August and from mid-August to mid-November.
